On this page, we have the first two lines of Horace’s Carmen VI, and then… notes! On one hand, it is kind of annoying to have to flip the page after two lines, but on the other hand, the editors have really striven to answer any possible question I could have.

Poignant (at least to me): in the mid-90s when I searched for this (highly informative) book at @PULibrary, this very copy was kept in a cage in Circulation (Richardson 'L' category = "locked"). In 2008 it was digitized, & it's now long available for free google.com/books/edition/…
