I think a liquor store business is a good one. Most of them require 1-3 employees, you don't even really need to advertise, you open and they will come. Spoke to a small owner operator couple years ago. Asked him how the business was, he replied put my two daughters through college with it and retired early 60s.... So many ways to win in this little life we all get. Make it count.
