⚜️ FINAL WHISTLE ⚜️ Our 2012 Boys Rouge stepped up to the challenge in their second State Cup match of the spring, taking on a team two divisions higher and rising to the moment! Led by Coach Mike Hatfield, the boys delivered an outstanding performance in a fast-paced, end-to-end battle for possession that kept the intensity high from start to finish. The energy, confidence, and fight on display showed exactly what this group is capable of. When the final whistle blew, the match conclude 1–1, a well-earned result against top-level competition and a huge statement performance. Proud of the resilience. Proud of the belief. ⚜️ FINAL WHISTLE ⚜️ Spring season is here! The 2010B Rouge team was ready and waiting for it and came away with a two win weekend on the road! Season opener against the Jackson Jags on Saturday resulted in a come from behind 2-1 win! Owen Gretsky and Jaxon Sladich each scoring a goal. Sunday saw the boys facing the Farmington Fury and after a scoreless first half, they finally cracked it open on a corner set piece with Caine Smith burying it in the net. Miguel Plaza followed up with the teams second goal 10 minutes later and they finished strong to secure the 2-0 win! Well done boys! Build off this to find success throughout the season! #dcfcdownriver

⚜️ FINAL WHISTLE ⚜️ Our 2010B Gold started off their Spring season this weekend with two matches. After a hard fought battle, they lost 0-2 to Romeo FC on Saturday. Sunday was a new day however. They bounced back at their home opener with a 2-1 win against the MI Wolves, led by Coach Juan Gonzalez. Giovanni Parisi scored a brace in the second half and goalie Ethan Baca came up big with a PK save late in the second half to secure the win! #dcfcdownriver

Led by Coach Tyler McManus, the boys battled hard in a match defined by a constant fight for possession, showing composure, effort, and a willingness to compete in every moment. The final score finished 1–3, but the performance, resilience, and lessons gained set a strong foundation for the season ahead. ⚜️ 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗪𝗛𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗟𝗘 ⚜️ Our 2013 Girls Rouge closed out their Winter League season in style as they took to the pitch for their final match! ❄️⚽🔥 Led by Coach Makenna Mascaro, the girls delivered an outstanding performance, bringing energy, confidence, and relentless determination from the opening kick. It was a true battle, but the Rouge controlled the tempo and dominated the pitch with fantastic teamwork and attacking play. When the final whistle blew, the girls concluded with a well-earned victory to cap off a tremendous Winter League run! A fantastic way to finish the season and a great sign of the growth and momentum this group continues to build. ⚜️ #dcfcdownriver

The match could have gone either way. It was a true showcase of determination, effort, and competitive spirit. In the end, the match finished 0–1, but the performance, resilience, and fight shown by this group set the tone for a promising spring ahead.
