Dc Track had one amazing trip to kentucky along with an incredible meet including 2 new freshman records for the 1 mile and 2 mile!

Congratulations to @andre_senerpida on earning Teammate of the Week! He has been grinding all year and is scoring big at meets. He also started hurdling and has proven very talented, becoming one of the best hurdlers on the team.

We are back baby! Hope everyone had a scrumptious Easter and following two weeks! The team has been busy, hosting two meets this past week, performing goodly in both. With track season officially on, Teammate of the Week is back on track!

Congratulations to @LoganKorte1 who is formally known as Gunter for making Teamate of the Week! He has been getting #yoked and is excited to resume his throwing career. Never forget when this radical dude ran a whopping 26.2 miles!!

Congratulations to Roman Dalfonsi for being selected as teammate of the week! Roman is a multisport athlete, participating in XC, XC Volleyball, and Track & Field. He even took up the responsibility to remind his older brother about practice today. Keep up the grind Roman!

There will be no weightlifting tomorrow 1/31 as no coaches are available to supervise practice. Try to keep up that grind on your own, fellas.

@rich_henry11 Henry has been attending all the practices so he can get yoked. He’ll do any event just for the heck of it, and will have fun doing it. Big things lie in this sophomores future. The hips don’t lie.

Hello world, track is officially back. Winter workouts start next week starting on Monday the 11th and Wednesday the 13th from 5-7, along with a morning workout on Saturday from 10-12. Good to be back and stay classy DC😘

2 highlights from Oxford was Luke Cirelli jumping 6'6 to win high jump and @HancockA20 running an astonishing 9:48 in the 2 mile! Amazing!

Also on monday we won our duel meet against U of D! Good job to all those who ran these 2 meets, times are really improving for everyone!
