Capital Impact - Detroit Program

Project by developers Roderick Hardamon, Dr. George R. N’Namdi and Richard Hosey is the latest development funded in part by Invest Detroit and Capital Impact Partners through the Strategic Neighborhood Fund (SNF) initiative.

The Sawyer Art Apartments will consist of 38 residential units and more than 6,000 square feet of commercial space. This mixed-use development will be one of several to catalyze the economic vitality of the area. #Detroit
