THE TEST: Boyles asked Marx the name of Robert Trias's daughter, a woman Marx claimed to know personally. Marx said "Kathy." Her name is Roberta.
THE MURDER: Marx has told the story for 30 years. Forced at age 7 to kill a man in Mendenhall, Mississippi. He told Boyles he reported it to the Simpson County Sheriff. On April 13, 2026, Lt. Investigator Chris Wallace responded on official letterhead: no call, no report, no record, no awareness of Gloyce Dean Kennedy.
THE 45,000: Marx's website claims he "rescued more than 45,000 women & children." Boyles asked about Haiti specifically. Marx, on air: "We brought no one out. There was no rescues." Then: "I have never said ever or it's never been put in writing that I said I rescued 45,000 people." The website said it while he was saying it.
THE NAME: Marx calls his stepfather "Ken Kennedy." Federal BOP records show the man was Gloyce Dean Kennedy, Inmate 40515-177, convicted in the Southern District of Mississippi in 1985. A man does not forget the name of the man who allegedly forced him to kill.
Marx is running for governor of Colorado on credentials he does not have, experience he has never had, and a trauma narrative that exists only in his mouth.

🚨 CASE DISMISSED: Judge throws out felony charges against Stefanie Lambert
A Michigan judge dismissed all felony charges against attorney Stefanie Lambert and Adams Township Clerk Stephanie Scott, ruling the lower court made an “error of law” and “abused its discretion.”
The case centered on claims they improperly shared 2020 voter data - but the judge found the data was never “confidential” under Michigan law to begin with.
“No one has done anything illegal… they have to make up laws.”
