Deputy Commissioner, Siang District

An interactive meeting was conducted by the Siang District Administration regarding the Siang Upper Multipurpose Project with the executive members of SIFF &, opposed groups of the project -affected villages of Siang District on 01.08.2023.

District Level Monitoring Committee (DLMC) meeting was held at the Dc' s Conference Hall under the Chairmanship of Shri Atul Tayeng DC,in presence of hon'ble MLA 32 Er.Talem Taboh,MLA 35 Shri Ojing Tasing to review the progress of all Centre and State Sponsored Schemes.

A total 40 (Forty) nos. Of Power tillers were distributed to beneficiaries of Atma Nirbhar Bagwani Yojna and Atma Nirbhar Krishi Yojna of Siang District by the Deputy Commissioner Shri Atul Tayeng on 10th May 2023 at general ground Boleng.

A Mega #SarkarAapkeDwar Campaign was organised successfully by the District Administration on 4th of May at Siang district. Held as a part of #AzadiKaAmritMahotsav, an exhibition was also held where several SHGs displayed their arts & crafts.

DC Siang Shri Atul Tayeng launched “VAHAN 4”- is the flagship e-Governance application under National Transport Project, Govt. of India today for online registration of all types of Vehicles in the district in presence of Admin Officers, HoDs and official of transport department.

Shri Atul Tayeng,DC Siang District Boleng launched the e-office here on 31st March'22 at his office chamber in the presence of all the Admin Officers and Head of Departments, Nodal Officer and Master Trainers of e-office.

The District Administration Siang was conducted a sensitization and training programme on e-office (File Management System) on 13/03/22 at GHSS, Boleng, where officials were given orientation on how to prepare and manage file system by the Nodal Officer and Master trainers.
