@AmericanAir killed 2 days of our trip, keeps us in the airport after multiple delays and cancellation. Doesn’t help with hotel to stay in DFW after cancellation. Finally get to destination. Can we please extend the trip with a later flight? They say no can’t do that. Trash

@AmericanAir I’m extremely upset and disappointed with how this situation was handled. A little compassion and support during a difficult time would have meant a lot. After this experience, I will seriously reconsider ever flying with American Airlines again.
