@Emeril Lagasse and I in 2002 hosting celebrity chef dinner with Jacques Pepin and a few others. Business was still reeling from Sept 11 attacks. This wine dinner at the @LaValenciaHotel in La Jolla with these great men was the best way to get us back on track to normalcy.
