Y’all please pray for John Deere employees and their families today. A ton of them are getting fired today. It’s yet to be seen if the DEI teams are part of the mass firings but if they’re not, my goodness Deere may never recover from this.

Wow. John Deere CEO John May should resign or be fired over this video. Listen up because you won’t believe what he admits. He admits to seeking specific races for board seats and that "diverse" board members have questioned why certain non-diverse people were hired and how to ensure that 2 "diverse" candidates were ready for that job in the future. This sounds like discrimination against White employees to me. How is this legal? He said this at the 2022 Global Townhall for @JohnDeere employees. After this video ⬇️ I think we can all safely assume that John May was helping drive this woke DEI effort and now he has part of JD’s board in on it too. "If we can drive that all the way through the org, it’ll change our company dramatically" Keep in mind, they’re firing hundreds of longtime employees today. Demand has crashed for JD products over the past year. Why? Maybe the leadership was too focused on being Trojan horses for wokeness. It’s time for accountability. How is any of this in the fiduciary interest of shareholders? It’s ruining the brand! John May must be fired and the new CEO needs to be in alignment with their core customer base. All DEI staff must be fired. This is the only way.
