My office performed an Agreed-Upon Procedures engagement on bank reconciliations prepared by the Office of the State Treasurer (OST) for Quarter Ended December 31, 2020, in accordance with 29 Del. C. §2906(b).

It was my honor to hand-deliver the annual report to members of the Wilmington Manor Volunteer Fire Service in New Castle. Many thanks to the men and women who volunteer their time to ensure the safety of our communities.

This year, my office estimates that the current combination system with volunteers saved the State of Delaware more than $320,000,000 for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2022.
