Our sixth Project of the Year Finalist Spotlight is Zeus Exteriors! This homeowner chose DECRA Shingle XD in Classic Cobblestone, seeking a roof strong enough to withstand the hail storms common in this part of the state. This 62-square project, featuring multiple valleys and a steep 10/12 pitch, required incredible attention to detail. Our third Project of the Year Finalist Spotlight is Matrix Roof & Home! Located along the scenic Columbia Gorge in Washington State, this project covered 68 squares and presented unique logistical challenges due to its remote location. With the nearest supplier and disposal facility about two hours away, careful planning and coordination were key to overcoming these hurdles. Our second Project of the Year Finalist Spotlight is DoneRite Home Maintenance! This project involved 100 squares of new construction, featuring multiple valleys and varying pitches. With a detailed chimney flashing requirement, the team completed the job during the winter months in Wisconsin. This is just one of six outstanding finalist projects we’ll be showcasing. Originally topped with a traditional Spanish-style clay tile roof, the homeowner sought a lightweight, weather-resistant alternative that still offered the authentic look of clay tile.
