I have sent an email to ordenes@degiro.es but I havent got any reply. I have incurred in 9% of loss overnight because of your mistake (why was the order not executed if I set it up as "sell to market"?). Please provide a solution asap @DEGIRO

Yesterday I put an order to sell to market all my position of $EQR.AX when the market was closed. This morning, after all the session of the australian stock market overnight, my order was still there and wasn't triggered. @DEGIRO can you help me?

@StanKroon Hallo Stan, dat klinkt heel vervelend. Dit is niet het gewenste gedrag. Voor onderzoek is het belangrijk om dit te melden bij de Servicedesk, inclusief type apparaat, browser of app versie en tijdstippen waarop het gebeurt. Stuur een mail naar klanten@degiro.nl

En plotseling word ik elke 20 minuten bij @degiro uit het systeem gegooid. Wat hebben ze er technisch weer een rotzooi van gemaakt.

@DEGIRO ik wacht al sinds 27 januari op een antwoord vanuit jullie waarom mijn order tegen een hogere prijs is uitgevoerd dan ik in DeGiro had aangegeven. Jullie interne afdeling zou dit oppakken en het mij laten weten hoe dit kon gebeuren, maar heb nog steeds niks gehoord.

Hi @DEGIRO, I have a question about #STRC which is a product of Strategy Inc., formerly known as MicroStrategy, it offers STRC as a perpetual preferred stock (ticker: STRC) listed on Nasdaq. I've done some research and STRC is available to European investors through regulated channels. It can be accessed via the @21shares Strategy Yield ETP (ticker: STRC NA), which launched on Euronext Amsterdam in February 2026. It's not yet available on DEGIRO.  Will this be available on DEGIRO in the future and if so when? @saylor @AdamBLiv

Goedemorgen, we leggen het graag aan je uit. Als de beurs gesloten is, dus rond 1 uur 's nachts bijvoorbeeld, kan er tijdelijk sprake zijn van geen verbinding met de beurs. Vlak voordat de beurs opent, wordt de verbinding weer hersteld en is het orderboek weer beschikbaar waardoor je je orders kunt plaatsen of aanpassen.
