@Ian_Schwartzman They need to stop thinking like consumers and start taking advantage of those platforms they have to funnel that traffic into to things that they actually own. A lot of influencers could be in for a rude awakening soon, not just podcasts and show hosts.

What if our 40% prediction is right. Where does that leave all these podcasts and radio show hosts that currently have deals. Would they know where to restart, could they get out there & build their own business without a parent company doing all the work. Maybe they just fold.

Why are AI bros always trying to convince artists to love AI? If AI is so great, we wouldn’t need convincing. We’re not stupid. We know why we oppose AI. Oligarchs are boring af.

Creators should LOVE Ai. AI doesn’t make uncreative people creative. It allows creators to become exponentially more creative. Creative iteration that used to take hours , days or weeks, can happen in minutes. The different routes you wanted to take but didn’t have the money or skill to do. Now you can do. The number of gatekeepers drops every day and will eventually hit zero. If you know how to tell a great story, you will LOVE AI. 99 % of content fails. With AI the cost and time it takes to experience and learn from those failures drop like a rock. The people who should HATE AI are those that try to control distribution and the creative process because they are the ones that control platforms and tools. It’s all going to change. Only this time it won’t take decades like it did with streaming.

The best thing I did was take time to myself to get right physically, mentally, and spiritually. Idk who needs to see this but take some time to yourself to plant those seeds and pop out when it's time 💪🏾

Deezer says 70% of streams of AI-generated songs on their platform are fraud (bots). And 20,000 (!) AI songs are uploaded every day. Imagine what that number looks like on Spotify. If undetected, this kind of activity hurts all artists and rights holders.

@RealMadiJade Personally, I like running my songs through a podcast generator. It usually breaks down my music better than most people can. I'll never use AI to make music, but a lot of the other AI tools are cool if you get creative
