Exactly lol. Wemby already plays like a modern 4 offensively anyway. He handles, attacks from the perimeter, shoots, switches everywhere defensively.
If they paired him with a skilled/mobile big it could get scary. Even a Porzingis archetype or Mobley/JJJ type fit would be insane because now you have two rim protectors while still keeping spacing

@DEMI_ALLAH So you think he should be used more as PF, interesting. We've seen the Jazz play tall ball, but would think they would want a capable floor stretching center if that was the case

@Mattplayerprops Not really tbh. Kornet is solid but I mean a REAL young frontcourt fit next to Wemby. Someone athletic/mobile that can defend, rebound, and let Wemby roam.
Guys like Walker Kessler, maybe even Mobley type archetypes make way more sense long term than an older backup big

Hancock doesn’t get it done❌
3 walks a row in the 2nd inning wasted 15 pitches, he’s U 2 BB in 8/9 starts prior.
Pulled at 86 pitches, thought we’d get a shot in the 6th but his 53% strike % killed us, tip the cap, I’ve loved how we’ve seen board overall recently.
Let’s flush it and finish strong!

He’s holding a 2.58 home ERA which is another reason I love backing him tonight. 🐓 already worked 6+IP against CHW on May 8th which is why I preferred POs rather his Ks here as I think we get some quick outs in early counts. Hancock also has 2 or less walks in 8/9 games this year which should help mitigate his pitch count as books currently have his walks O/U set at (-125). 6+ innings for Hancock🔐

Really enjoyed Mortal Kombat II. You can really tell the writers were having a good time with this one, and it is certainly the most “fighting game” of any video game movie. Definitely recommend.
