He met with UAE officials, private sector leaders, and joined Aussie exporters at #Gulfood2026, one of the world's largest food & beverage trade shows🤝🌏

Last week we were delighted to welcome Senator the Hon Don Farrell, Minister for Trade and Tourism, back to the UAE. In his first visit after our Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) came into force, Minister Farrell discussed ways to maximise the benefits of the agreement with his UAE counterpart, HE Dr Thani Al Zeyoudi, Minister of Foreign Trade. Minister Farrell also met UAE and Australian business leaders and promoted the largest ever contingent of Australian exporters at Gulfood trade show. Minister Farrell's visit was a great opportunity to bring our CEPA and new bilateral Strategic Partnership to life. @ThaniAlZeyoudi

Last week 🇦🇺 delivered a Gender and Anti-corruption Workshop in 🇮🇩 , hosted by @AusFedPolice, @JCLEC_official & backed by the #IPEF Fund for Technical Assistance and Economic Cooperation (#IFTAEC). It brought partners together to build capacity and advance gender equality across the Indo-Pacific.
