Officers at Laredo Port of Entry discovered counterfeit YETI tumblers in a vehicle. Import Specialists contacted YETI to verify the authenticity of the merchandise and was confirmed non-authentic. A fine of $500 USD was issued for the IPR violation. The merchandise was seized.🥤

[🍪]  CBPOs at the Donna Bridge discovered a U.S. Citizen trying to conceal 300 bottles (totaling 900 pills) of Xanax in boxes of cookies. The medication and vehicle were turned over to the Department of Public Safety and prosecution was accepted.

A 40-year-old Mexican national, was sentenced to 115 months in federal prison for transporting child sexual abuse material (CSAM) into Mexico. CBP Officers discovered CSAM on multiple electronic devices found during a secondary inspection.
