RHPD and SWAT responded to a barricaded, possibly armed person situation on Dogwood Park Drive. Suspect is in custody now.

House Fire (Weatherford) Weatherford Chief 2 reports smoke showing from a 1 story house, fire in the attic, on Austin Court. Working fire declared. Truck 1, Squad 1, Engine 2, engine 3, engine 4, Battalion 1 assigned.

At approximately 3:30 p.m. this afternoon, Burleson PD received a 911 call from a man stating that he had killed his wife and intended to take his own life at a house in the 300 block of Pin Cushion Trail. Officers responded to the scene and attempted to make contact with the individual. After repeated attempts were unsuccessful, officers made entry into the home at approximately 4:35 p.m. A drone was then deployed inside the residence, where officers confirmed that an adult male and an adult female were deceased. The male and female were in their 80s. No additional information is available at this time.

House Fire (Irving) Engine 6, Medic 6, Engine 7, Engine 11, Truck 7, Engine 12, Medic 11, Truck 2, Battalion 1, Battalion 2 have been dispatched to a house fire on Montego Bay Drive. Working fire declared, pulling two lines for fire attack. Smoke will be visible in this area.

FWPD is working an investigation at a home in the area.

@DFWscanner Just drove by it on the bus. Train vs car on Empire Central by Denton Drive near Love Field. Did not look good for the people in the car. The front end was essentially under the train.

Accident w/ Entrapment (Plano) Battalion 2, Engine 13 are on scene of a major accident involving a vehicle and a tanker truck at W. Spring Creek Parkway and Windhaven Parkway. One person trapped in the oil tanker, extrication is in progress. HazMat is also en route for a large leak from the oil tanker. Engine 4, HazMat 5, Medic 5, Medic 12, Rescue 4, Squad 1, Truck 5, Quint 7, Truck 4 are all assigned. Lanes are closed in this area - it's a mess. Avoid!

One person has been shot and is being transported to a hospital with a major injury. Expect heavy police activity in this area while officers investigate the scene.

Major Accident (Hood County, Granbury) Granbury Fire and Police, Texas EMS are working a major accident on FM 4 near Highway 377. CareFlite and Air Evac helicopters have been requested to the scene. Expect a lot of activity in this area - avoid!

NB I-35W at FM 1187 all lanes are closed due to an wreck. Motorists should seek alternate routes.
