How should we think about compensation? Most people _only_ look at the number: and this is easy to compare. One thing I'm thinking about is outlining what is reasonable to expect: *especially* if you take lower compensation at companies that can't pay more. An attempt:

@GergelyOrosz I would argue that oddly enough, as you move up the scale, it may be more flexible on remote and work-life balance. The best employers know that they are fighting to hire, and hopefully work at making it a more appealing workplace. That may be overly naive...

@maddiexcampbell @richfinelli Totally! Leetcode has a more comprehensive set of questions (1000+), but Algoexpert.io has very nice videos explaining the solution to each problem, and also includes a set of videos on relevant data structures/algorithms.
