ڈی جی پاسپورٹس نے SHIKRA پراجیکٹ اور اس کے نتائج پر ٹیم کی انتھک محنت کو بھی خراجِ تحسین پیش کیا۔ مزید برآں، ڈی جی پاسپورٹس نے مستقبل کے اقدامات سے بھی تمام عملے کو آگاہ کیا

ڈائریکٹوریٹ جنرل آف امیگریشن اینڈ پاسپورٹس ہیڈکوارٹرز میں تمام اسٹاف کے اعزاز میں سالانہ گرینڈ افطار ڈنر کا اہتمام کیا گیا۔ اس موقع پر ڈی جی امیگریشن اینڈ پاسپورٹس، مصطفیٰ جمال قاضی نے تمام عملے سے فرداً فرداً ملاقات کی اور ان کی محنت و کاوشوں کو سراہا۔

The delegation highly appreciated the progress made and commended DG's efforts in strengthening Pakistan’s passport, advancing women’s empowerment within public service delivery, reinforcing international cooperation, and showcasing Pakistan’s advancements in passport security.

A delegation from UN Women, led by Mr. Jamshed Kazi, visited the Directorate General of Immigration & Passports Headquarters. The Director General Immigration & Passports, Mr. Mustafa Jamal Kazi, along with his team, extended a warm welcome to the distinguished guests.

The delegation was also introduced to SHIKRA, the digital dashboard designed for real-time passport tracking and monitoring, reflecting Pakistan’s commitment to transparency and innovation. During the visit, the delegation toured state-of-the-art facilities.

Both sides exchanged statistical data on women’s skill enhancement and to create skill-based employment opportunities for Pakistani women in diverse fields, both domestically and abroad.

DG Passports Mustafa Jamal Kazi highlighted special facilitation measures introduced for female applicants, including women-friendly service counters and institutional steps taken to enhance accessibility, dignity, and convenience for women seeking passport services.

In observance of Ramadan, Passport Office timings have been revised. Citizens are advised to check the updated schedule prior to their visit.

A new era of smart governance: SHIKRA empowers DGIP with live operational insights, improved processing timelines, and continuous oversight of Passport services.
