Our A-10s and SH-60 Seahawks flew low and aggressive on Combat Search and Rescue (CSAR) for the downed pilot, and they got him home safely. Would you rather lose one aircraft or lose the pilot? Our military is hands-down the greatest fighting force on the planet. Have faith in them. Video is from a prior mission, not related to todays events.
