@AMacias3318 @hatchforsleep @hatchforsleep you guys need to look into this. I keep telling your customer support its on your end and they insist it’s something to do with my WiFi or device. This isnt a coincidence. Its extremely frustrating paying for this service and my child is now struggling sleeping

@AMacias3318 @hatchforsleep Okay I’m having the exact same problem! I’ve talked to three separate people and they insist it’s something in my end. I have tried on my spouses phone and same thing. I also have the red dot on mine as well.

Update: The AWS outage has been resolved. You should now be able to use your Hatch app and connect to your device.  Your device should reconnect automatically, but if you’re still having trouble, a quick power cycle will help.

@hatchforsleep I have sent two e mails about my app still not working and I still have not received a response back. I’m very upset and frustrated with this product and your customer support team. I have only had the machine a few weeks and I’m ready to return it.
