Nothing like having a package stuck in Cincinnati hub that was sent from Soutb Korea. They want me to pay customs fees but there have been no emails with a link, calling hasn't worked and the DHL on demand shows nothing to pay. Get your shit together. I want my package.

@DHLUSHelp Hi, I had a pickup scheduled today at a set time and date. Your employee refused to come up to pick up the package, was extremely rude to the building staff and left without completing the job. I cannot schedule another pickup. Can you please assist? Thanks
