Tigers take a loss against a tough Manogue squad, 57-84. Ipsen & Jahreis had 18 pts and Snooks had 11 pts and 6RBS. Both lower levels had wins over the Miners, Frosh 53-40 and JV 68-63. Tigers are back on the road next week! @RGJpreps

Douglas takes a 64-54 victory over the Casa Roble Rams in the first round of the Torrey Pines Holiday Classic. Noah Coyne had 15 points & 8rbs, Trent Ipsen had 17 pts, & Sandro Curletto had 12 points. Tigers will face Mira Costa in round 2 on Saturday at 7pm. @TheHDayClassic

First day of Winter tourney play and Tigers take the day. Both JV and Freshman had big wins over Lowry in the first round of the Christmas Classic in Reno.

The program faced tough competition vs. Foothill High School. Varsity fought all the way through a triple overtime. Ipsen led with 26 pts, Coyne added 12 pts and 13rbs, curletto had 10 pts, and Snooks had 7 pts, 4asts, and 3 stls.

Great season opener for the Tigers. Varsity won 81-55 over the Hawks. Zac Jahreis had a game high 23 pts. Jace Tretton added 19 pts and 12 RBS, and Trey Snooks walked away with 16 pts, 7RBS, and 9 STLS. The Freshman Boys defeated Hug 59-11 and JV Boys won big 73-8.

JV and Freshman both win & Varsity takes a loss in tough battle. Noah Kizer had 12pts & 6rbs, Tolbert had 11 points &16rbs, Ipsen had 11pts, Messick added 10pts, and Luke Main had 8 asts for the Tigers. Friday Douglas heads to Carson for the best rivalry in the state.

Next the Tigers take on the Cougars. Varsity will host at home on Friday for Senior Night & WinterFest. JV & Frosh will be on the road at SS.

Varsity take the win over Galena 83-61. Ipsen with 13pts, 4asts, & 5 stls, Tolbert with 13pts, 7rbs, Thacker with 13pts, 4asts, Noah Kizer with 9pts, 6rbs, Daron Kizer with 8pts, 6rbs, 7asts, and Smokey with 7pts. JV wins at home 60-44, as does the Freshman 67-58.
