The #DIANA (DetermInants of #Antimicrobial use aNd de-escalAtion in critical care) database has now been locked. This @ESICM endorsed study has included over 1500 patients and collected highly detailed data on empirical antibiotic prescriptions from over 140 ICUs in 28 countries
