Today marks the beginning of the 4th #WaterEnergyNEXUS Conference in Daegu, held during the Korean International Water Week (#KIWW). In our opening ceremony, we started fondly remembered @DionDionysiou , a renowned scientist and dear friend. He was meant to be our plenary speaker but sadly passed away too soon. His teachings remain with us, continuing to inspire and guide our journey.

#Christmas is in the air, and at #SEED, we've decked our tree with the bright aspirations of the Sustainable Development Goals (#SDGs). Our wishlist is a #future where each goal is a gift of progress. What’s on your #wishlist this season?

Thrilled to share that for the second time, one of our research projects has been selected by National TV as a case study in a National Scientific Divulgation program. The journey of exploration and discovery continues as we delve into critical issues. This time, the spotlight is on our endeavor tackling #microplastics, promoting #OneHealth, and exploring the potential of #livingMembrane. Grateful for the recognition and excited to contribute to the broader scientific dialogue. Let’s keep pushing the boundaries!

Today we had the pleasure of hosting prof. Luu Tran Le, lecturer in water technology at the VGU (#Vietnam), at our SEED Laboratory (@UniSalerno).
