3rd September logged a call (earlier with @gooutdoors) and, after a little polite interaction, no response to 6 emails over the past 7 weeks. Must be OK to ride the bike with this?

@jamisbikes @GOoutdoors Hope the bike was OK. If it wasn't he'd get no help from @jamisbikes or @GOoutdoors. Customer service if there's a problem is worse than useless.

@jamisbikes @cjoannou Your bikes are great but your customer service is frustrating. I've been emailing about a warranty matter since 3 Sep. Since 7 Oct I have not had an update & 6 emails have gone unanswered. I've been polite and patient but welcome getting this fixed. Thanks
