For the bozos in the comments trying to justify Tina attempting to kill people gumbo is served during winter and cooler days of spring. Gumbo spoils rapidly if left in heat because of all the ingredients and if you eat it on a hot day and it is circulating in your hot stomach yes it can make you violently ill.
