As the Digital Communities Wales: Digital Confidence, Health and Well-being programme comes to an end this September, we at Cwmpas want to pause and reflect on the journey and say a huge thank you to everyone who has been part of it.

Developed in collaboration with Mind Cymru, the mental health charity, we discuss practical strategies and tools to navigate the online world of mental health and well-being.

Mae'r bartneriaeth hon gyda Addysg a Gwella Iechyd Cymru ac Ymddiriedolaeth GIG Prifysgol Felindre yn enghraifft wych arall o gydweithio trwy feithrin gallu a magu hyder digidol staff a defnyddwyr y GIG fel ei gilydd. Cwmpas is all about partnership 🤝 We’ve been working with partners and communities to embed digital inclusion across Wales since 2005. This partnership with HEIW and Velindre University NHS Trust is another great example of collaborative work boosting skills and confidence for both NHS staff and patients.
