You see the quad meat trying to come back again? Slowly but surely. I want to get back to meal prepping and tracking again so I can rebuild. I literally cannot put muscle or weight on unless I’m tracking because it’s so difficult for me to eat enough

Woke up like this. A leg day followed by a 10-mile beach skate followed by Chipotle got my legs looking a lil muscular again. Slept 9 hours after almost 2 weeks of not enough sleep. Been stressed af. Finally calming down and ready to focus on me again
