Stop writing coaches paragraphs when you email them they don’t care about all the fill in stuff.
Short sweet to the point, they have to look through hundreds, make it easy for them.
Include metrics, measurable, quick film, good to go. STAND OUT

Like job recruiters, Coaches scan emails in an F pattern. The subject line is the top bar of the F. It is your only chance to stop the scroll. It must include your grad year, position, and a high impact metric. The middle bar is your opening line showing you did some research. The vertical stem is your bullet list. DIY systems win because they allow for deep personalization that an agency bot cannot replicate. Stop sending templates. Start sending a resume that actually gets read.
