@EricSal_7 I may have disagreed with you in sports stuff and politics, but non of that matters. It’s just water cooler talk. This right here is the real deal. If I knew you and worked with you, I’d buy you a coffee/donut and say “good job and keep on keeping on”. Made my day sir!!
Sometimes I’m reminded why I got into real estate 12 years ago.
Today was one of those days.
Story time.
A long time client and friend called me on Sunday.
I’ve helped his family and friends with their real estate needs for years.
I honestly thought we were going to talk Spurs playoffs or maybe a property he had his eye on.
But it wasn’t that.
He told me about a 72 year old woman from his mother in law’s church — who they are very close with.
She had a stroke last year. Never owned a new home in her life.
She was approved for $135K… and no one was really helping her. No one was taking her seriously.
I called her that same day.
Within five minutes, I knew it would be challenging but I had a plan.
I knew of two new communities on the outskirts of South SA and made a few calls.
Luckily there was one property available that made sense. A brand new 1182 sq ft 3/2 one story — price just dropped 26k to fit within her budget.
I passed on lunch today to drive down to meet them at the property after my morning appointments in Fair Oaks.
But here’s what got me.
When she walked into that 3 bed, 2 bath home for the first time… she broke down in tears.
Multiple times.
Saying she never thought she could get a new house.
And I had to fight the tears myself.
The odd thing about all this is she looks exactly like the 70 yr old version of my late great grandmother who passed 3 years ago.
It hit different.
Her husband grabbed my hand said a prayer tears rolling down his face.
This isn’t about a client being approved for $135K or $1.35M.
It’s about people.
Some people just need someone to show up for them.
Today was a good day for the soul.
Congrats to Rosalinda & David.
@ExpressNews It’s the illusion that charter schools are better. I can with conviction and experience say they are not. The ISD school will give you kid more experiences and more quality. The charter will not. Top tier teachers teach at the ISD, 2-3 tier teachers teach at charter.
After NEISD’s enrollment dropped by 2,000 students this year, the district will open enrollment to families across the city and consider campus closures in the fall. bit.ly/4vwGldV
What happened to Texans?
They are super upset that Costco and HEB sell halal meat. They are actually freaking out and boycotting.
Meanwhile the same people have supported Israel and the genocide in Gaza. They have no clue that Israel has taken over this state on every level. It is ranked the number one controlled state in the nation.
There is absolutely no critical thinking happening in this state. The gene pool somehow has been destroyed.
When North Korea’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un announced,
“Due to a shortage of oil in the country, I will avoid my late night long drives with my wife,”
the entire nation broke down in tears, seeing Kim’s sacrifice.
This is how deeply his people love him 🥹

@GinaHinojosaTX@GregAbbott_TX *** Reader Alert: her post is deceiving. She knows it but she is hoping people don’t do their own research. There will always be tests. It’s education. You need tests. There will always be MAP tests and all the others. She knows it. She is just pandering
@mymixtapez This is deceiving. Most people I know in Texas for decades have gone to Mexico to do basic procedures and medical exams. The cost there is cheap. They don’t pay the same costs that we do. What trump has been fighting for. So the can afford universal healthcare. It’s not to same
Mexico’s president has reportedly decided to roll out universal healthcare for all Mexicans 🇲🇽
Around 130 million citizens will begin to receive free healthcare starting next year 🙌🏼🧑🏻⚕️
@serialsales Let’s just I have family in Dallas, Fort Worth, Corpus, Houston and San Antonio. Guess which family goes to No Kings stuff, has blue hair, apologies for the past, speaks loud about trump and anything on the right? Guess where they live? Austin.
@JeffGSpursZone I tried, but I just couldn’t get into it. I think the sticking point is that they have this massive city inside a mountain while the world is gone up above. All these buildings and city and regular jobs. I think I believe Star Wars more than I could buy that.
@kaizen000000000 This is what ever evangelical believes too. That’s the point you’re missing. It is no to religion and yes to relationship. Want to see a person who has changed? See a person who has a relationship with Christ.

@DawnNeufeld Not what Charlie Kirk meant. I’m a dark skinned Latino and if I see a Latino pilot or anything, I’m sayin the say thing as Charlie. And you should too. When you have DEI laws the question is, was the hire about quantity or quality? That’s the point.
@LongTimeHistory As a Mexican immigrant, is this post a joke? No way this chick can be this dumb. So he is “exposed” for being a republican? All the Mexicans and Hispanics I know are all republicans. What is the problem with uneducated youth and social media. Social media is toxic!!!
CEO of popular taco restaurant chain exposed as ultra MAGA—and pro ICE.
He spoke at Latinos for Trump rally—personally meeting him 3 times.
"We love what you’ve done for us," told Trump.
Robertos Taco Shop has 80 locations in California, Nevada, Texas.
Reynaldo Robledo is CEO of the chain that is often credited with helping popularize the California burrito.
"Did this CEO forget that all of his restaurants are based on Mexican dishes—who wouldn’t have ever made it here without the immigrants that are currently being affected by the current administration that you are supporting?"
