Our heartfelt condolences to the family of Gareth Lewis @GL_1980 following his sudden and unexpected death. Gareth coached at Caerphilly for a number of years and was a well respected member of the team. Our thoughts and love go out to Liz and their two children at this sad time

An odd feeling driving in to @CathaysHigh for the last time today. I have had an amazing 8 years here and genuinely enjoyed everyday. Looking forward to a new challenge come September! Thanks to all staff who have supported me and most of all to the incredible students! Diolch.

@CathaysHigh Year 8 basketball team were outstanding today, winning the @jrnbawales @SchoolsBW competition. Every player was amazing from start to finish and thoroughly deserved the win and all the praise and the rewards! Isaias B and Maiz A were players of the tournament too!

Really enjoyable first cricket match for @CathaysHigh two years yesterday for Year 8 against @AddGorffYGBM Thanks for a great match and the positive comments about our team and captain, really appreciated. We are looking forward to the Year 9 match next week already!
