@takanashikiara That's within measurement tolerance. Muscle Mass is also affected a lot by how well you're hydrated. Not to mention that gym progress is measured in years. It's frustrating, but normal. Just keep at it, you'll notice the strength gains soon enough 💪🏻

Wtf i measured my muscle growth at the gym since I've been going for a month now, and it's like, almost the same but minimally LESS skeletal muscle mass than a month ago.. (from 16.94 to 16.76kg) i didn't expect any big increase or so at all, but why less 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Yeah I've been slacking on protein i guess but wtf 😭 motivation and mood is kill Fuck
