Also….. Please stop turning every NY function into an HBCU homecoming. I don’t want to hear trail ride music or go-go music in Brooklyn. Unless it’s a specified Southern music function.

I was the closing deejay at Brooklyn Museum on Saturday, and I did play a go-go song, so I’m pretty sure you’re referring to my set. I’ve lived in Brooklyn for 20 years, born and raised in NC. Black folks from all over live in NYC… I play(ed) for the Black Diaspora + dancers 🖤
