@SmittyOnMLB This happened on Thursday in Chicago, as well, at Wrigley Field. The app deleted mine & hundreds of people’s tickets for a concert. No solution was given aside from buying new ones. Still no response from @Ticketmaster

The MLB ballpark app is down. So people have to go get their tickets printed and so nearly 15 minutes after the game started this is the line outside.
