@go1dwing They confirmed my first, middle, surname along with date of birth. They were my details until a few seconds later when I realized that the date of birth was off by exactly 1 year. Turns out another applicant has the exact same name as me & is 1 year older than me to the day

@go1dwing I applied for a job in Australia that had quite a rigorous application process. I received a phone call from their recruitment branch stating that there were issues with my medical (I hadn't completed one yet). When I told them I hadn't completed a medical yet.
