This is the 3rd time in a row I’ve sat at @sonicdrivein store ID: 5122….and got no service. Push the red button and nothing…no one takes my order. Tonight no one was even there but me…wtf. Every other Sonic, no issues. That store needs some re-training or possibly management.

@DJ_LOGIK_ The gate team monitors bag sizes and quantities going on the plane, and will ask customers to check in bags that appear too large.

@AmericanAir….it’s a shame you have a carry on bag size check at the terminal gate and don’t use it. Three times I’ve had to check my small carry on because you all continue to allow oversized carry bags. 😡
