@AAGDhillon @DJohnSauer @TheJusticeDept Something I've been wondering about: Does the DOJ use advanced AI systems to perform research and legal strategies for court cases? Systems today are impressively capable of pulling together disparate information sources to build cases, IMO.

@DJohnSauer @AAGDhillon @TheJusticeDept Well Mr Solicitor General, I appreciate that but I have to finish beating FDA in several matters first. With any luck, we will be discussing those cases soon. 😉 In the meantime, I will be at SCOTUS next week for the AT&T/Verizon argument.

I understand—relocating to DC isn’t a small decision. That said, opportunities here often come with unique exposure and impact that can be difficult to find elsewhere. If it’s something you’d consider, I’d be glad to discuss what flexibility or options might exist to make it more workable for you.

Trump’s Pentagon Preps for Cuba Showdown as Communist Regime Crumbles Under Pressure President Donald Trump is done playing games with America’s backyard communist holdout. The Pentagon is now accelerating contingency plans for potential military operations in Cuba, according to exclusive reporting, putting real teeth behind Trump’s repeated warnings that “Cuba’s next” after successful moves in Venezuela and Iran. The crumbling Castro dictatorship is already reeling. Trump’s tough fuel embargo has starved the island of oil, triggering repeated nationwide blackouts, halted transport, canceled surgeries, and pushed the failing economy to the brink. Cubans are suffering under their own leaders’ decades of socialist disaster, not U.S. policy. This maximum pressure campaign is exposing the regime’s weakness and forcing the issue: reform or collapse. Trump has made it clear. After helping transform Venezuela and wrapping up Iran operations, he signaled Cuba is squarely in the crosshairs. No more propping up tyrants 90 miles from Florida who host adversaries and oppress their people. The goal is simple: end the communist nightmare and bring freedom and prosperity to the Cuban people. Dictator Miguel Díaz-Canel is talking big, vowing fierce resistance and claiming Cubans will “die” defending the homeland in guerrilla-style fights. That’s the same empty bluster from a regime that’s run the island into the ground for generations. History shows these paper tigers fold when real pressure hits. America has the strongest military on Earth. Any fight would be short, decisive, and costly only for those clinging to failed Marxism. This isn’t about endless wars. It’s about finishing the job in our hemisphere, securing our borders from chaos and migration, and standing up for liberty against the last relics of Cold War communism. Trump is restoring American strength and deterrence. Cuba’s communists have had their run. Time to make Cuba free again.

KAROLINE LEAVITT TORCHES DEM HYPOCRISY ON SWALWELL SCANDAL — DEMANDS JOURNALISTS GRILL GALLEGO AND DEMS WHO KNEW AND STAYED SILENT White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt just unloaded on the Democrat double standard surrounding Eric Swalwell’s growing sexual assault scandal. “I think the accusations and allegations against former Representative Swalwell are despicable and disgusting,” Leavitt said. She continued: “I think it’s also quite plausible, as you point out Jack, there were many other Democrats in this town, on Capitol Hill, who knew about his perhaps illegal behavior, certainly his disgusting and inappropriate behaviour. And why were they silent for so long?” Leavitt called out Sen. Ruben Gallego by name: “I think those are questions that must be raised of these sitting representatives, including Mr. Gallego.” She put the media on notice: “I hope the journalists in this room will do their jobs and the journalists on Capitol Hill will do their job and ask Democrats in power how they knew about such despicable behavior from one elected representative for so long but never said or did anything about it. So that’s what we hope to see as far as the White House and the president is concerned.”

Six House Republicans Team Up with Democrats to Shield Haitian Migrants After Brutal Hammer Murder Just days after a Haitian illegal smashed a mother's head with a hammer at a Florida gas station—killing her in cold blood—six so-called Republicans voted with Democrats to protect hundreds of thousands of Haitians already here. In a 219-209 procedural vote, these turncoats helped advance a radical discharge petition pushed by Squad member Ayanna Pressley. The move aims to force through temporary protected status for roughly 350,000 Haitians, blocking President Trump's effort to end the program and send them home. This wasn't final passage, but it was a clear signal: some Republicans would rather coddle illegal migrants than secure our borders and protect American citizens. Rep. Tim Burchett nailed it: "It provides legal status to Haitians who are already in the United States. So you have illegal Haitians here and we're going to allow them to stay." He called the whole thing "unbelievable" and said it's time to clean house in Washington. Trump's administration rightly terminated TPS for Haiti, arguing the country no longer qualifies and it's not in America's interest to keep the floodgates open. But activist judges and open-border allies keep fighting to keep the chaos going.

TREASURY SECRETARY SCOTT BESSENT WARNS OIL AND GAS COMPANIES: DROP PRICES THE SAME WAY YOU RAISED THEM OR FACE TRUMP’S WRATH Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent just put retail gas stations and oil companies on notice. “I think the gas prices will start coming down pretty quickly,” Bessent said. “We’ve had big declines in the past two weeks. We’ll be looking at Treasury to try to keep retail gas stations honest. That you did this on the way up, better be doing this on the way down!” When the host called it a warning, Bessent doubled down: “I’m sure the president will call out anyone who’s a bad actor.” He added with a smile: “I’m sure everyone will be a good actor…”

Trump’s Treasury Unleashes Economic Fury on Iranian Regime Elites The Trump administration is hitting Iran hard where it hurts most: their wallets. Today, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced fresh sanctions under the “Economic Fury” initiative, targeting a major oil smuggling network run by Mohammad Hossein Shamkhani, son of a top deceased Iranian security official. More than two dozen individuals, companies, and vessels tied to this elite operation got slapped with sanctions for moving Iranian oil and profiting at the expense of the Iranian people. Bessent put it straight: “Treasury is moving aggressively with Economic Fury by targeting regime elites like the Shamkhani family that attempt to profit at the expense of the Iranian people.” In the same strike, the U.S. hit a Hezbollah-linked gold scheme that funnels cash straight to Iran’s military and terror proxies. No more easy money for the mullahs and their terrorist buddies. This is maximum pressure done right. While weak administrations talked, the Trump team acts decisively to choke off Iran’s cash flow, disrupt its terror funding, and stand up for American interests and regional security. The message to Tehran and its enablers is clear: your days of smuggling, evading, and bankrolling chaos are numbered. Economic Fury is just getting started.

California Doesn't Need Another Disaster: Sunny Hostin Begs Kamala Harris to Run for Governor Sunny Hostin, the ever-clueless co-host on ABC's failing "The View," just dropped one of the dumbest political hot takes of the year. While Eric Swalwell slinks away from his California governor bid after getting hit with sexual assault allegations from four different women, Hostin is out here trying to recycle failed Vice President Kamala Harris as the state's next savior. In the clip, Hostin says with a straight face: "I'd like to see Kamala Harris maybe put her hat back in the ring for governor of California — I know that she's talked about being president, I don't I don't know if that's the right position for her…" Oh please. The last thing the collapsing state of California needs is cackling Kamala back in charge. This is the same woman who helped turn the Golden State into a high-tax, high-crime, open-border nightmare during her time as attorney general and senator. Homeless encampments everywhere, businesses fleeing, energy blackouts, and sky-high living costs that crush working families. Harris didn't fix any of it then, and she won't now. Hostin basically admits the obvious: the presidency was way above Harris's pay grade. But instead of letting her fade into well-deserved irrelevance after her disastrous 2024 run, they're shopping her around for governor like a used car with a bad engine. California already has enough empty suits and word-salad experts in Sacramento. Adding Harris would just accelerate the state's death spiral. Sorry, Sunny. No amount of desperate Democrat bench-clearing changes the fact that voters are sick of these recycled failures. California deserves real leadership, not another round of Harris-style incompetence. Keep dreaming, ladies. The rest of us are done with the clown show.

FAA TARGETS GAMERS FOR ELITE AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER JOBS — APPS OPEN APRIL 17 The FAA is directly recruiting video gamers to become air traffic controllers, calling it a perfect skills match. “Once seen as a distraction, now an asset, according to the FAA,” the report stated. Brooks Valdez, a Wichita State e-sports player, explained: “I think for a lot of, especially parents, video games is more of a distraction than anything. But I found that, being in e-sports, there’s a lot of professional development opportunities.” Thomas Lynch from Wichita State added: “They say a lot of the skills that they learn while playing these games can transfer over as air traffic controllers. This is people in structured teams, interfacing with each other, working together to achieve something greater than them.” Joe Mazzara, who built the WSU e-sports program, said: “The caliber of student that we have coming to Wichita to play is awesome… This is very ripe for people that have really developed communication skills, know how to talk about things in space, in abstract space, too.” Applications open at 12:00 AM ET on April 17 and close once 8,000 are received. Requirements: U.S. citizen, under 31, fluent English. Starting pay after three years averages more than $155,000. The FAA’s message is clear: turn your gaming passion into a high-paying, high-stakes career protecting American skies.

Radical Leftists Assault TPUSA Reporter, Leave Her with Concussion While Covering Anti-ICE Protest. Turning Point USA Frontlines reporter Savanah Hernandez was brutally attacked by a mob of anti-ICE agitators outside the Whipple Federal Building in Minneapolis on April 11, 2026, while simply doing her job documenting the chaos. Video captured the whole thing: Hernandez was swarmed, shoved, tackled, and targeted with a high-frequency whistle blown directly into her ear by members of the Ostroushko family. She described the assault in detail, saying a 250-pound man pushed her to the ground and that the family came at her repeatedly. "I'm terrified to do my job. I can't even interview people properly on the street because I got brutally assaulted and pushed to the ground by a 250-pound man by simply going and reporting on anti-ICE activities." Three people, including Christopher Ostroushko, his daughter Paige, and another, were arrested for the assault on Hernandez and a deputy. The FBI has now launched a federal investigation. Hernandez posted Wednesday that she had to cancel scheduled media interviews with outlets like Fox News, Daily Wire, Glenn Beck, and the New York Post. "I was scheduled for multiple media interviews today, but I canceled all of them. Yesterday, after my interviews I felt drained and realize I need time to recover. I’ve been dealing with headaches, dizziness and lightheadedness and was informed by a doctor that I do have a concussion." She added that replaying the footage has taken an emotional toll: "Typically I try to work as hard as possible to bring coverage to a story, but this has also been a difficult subject for me to have to rewatch and recount." This is what happens when radical leftists decide conservative journalists don't deserve to report the truth. They don't debate ideas—they mob, they assault, and they try to silence anyone shining a light on their open-borders madness. Hernandez is tough as nails for getting back out there, but no reporter should have to fear for their safety just for covering the news. Prayers up for her full recovery. The feds need to throw the book at these thugs and send a clear message: attacking the press won't be tolerated, no matter which side you're on. America First means protecting free speech from leftist street violence.

Senate Slaps Down Weak-Kneed War Limits on Iran The U.S. Senate just voted 52-47 to kill a resolution that would have forced the president to get congressional sign-off before any more strikes on Iran. Good. This keeps real power where it belongs—in the executive branch—and stops Democrats from tying America’s hands while Iran pushes nuclear ambitions and funds terror across the Middle East. No more endless committee hearings or partisan delays that embolden enemies. The president now has the flexibility needed to protect U.S. interests, deter aggression, and avoid the kind of half-measures that drag conflicts out for years. Democrats pushed this resolution to handcuff strong leadership. It failed. That’s a win for decisive action over bureaucratic weakness. Markets should take note: sustained pressure on Iran means volatility ahead in oil and energy, but also a clearer signal that America won’t back down. Strength deters war. Weakness invites it. Today the Senate chose strength.

**White House Vows Probe Into Suspicious Deaths and Disappearances of 10 U.S. Nuclear and Aerospace Scientists** The pattern is impossible to ignore. Since mid-2024, at least ten American scientists and contractors with deep ties to America’s most sensitive nuclear weapons programs, rocket propulsion tech, and classified aerospace projects have either died under murky circumstances or vanished without a trace. Many worked at or with Los Alamos National Laboratory, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and related national security sites in New Mexico. Others handled advanced materials for next-generation rockets or non-nuclear components for the U.S. nuclear arsenal. Cases include: - NASA JPL researcher Frank Maiwald, who died on July 4, 2024, at age 61 with no cause of death released and no autopsy performed. - Monica Reza, a senior NASA materials scientist specializing in rocket propulsion, who disappeared while hiking in California in June 2025—just yards from her group. - Los Alamos employees Melissa Casias and Anthony Chavez, both missing since summer 2025 after leaving their homes on foot without phones, wallets, or keys. - Steven Garcia, a government contractor linked to nuclear weapons component manufacturing, who vanished from Albuquerque in August 2025 carrying only a handgun. Other incidents involve unexplained deaths, home shootings, and the disappearance of retired Air Force General William Neil McCasland, who oversaw advanced defense research. Former FBI officials and national security experts have raised alarms, suggesting possible foreign targeting—likely from adversaries like China or Russia eager to steal or sabotage U.S. edge in nuclear and hypersonic tech. Coincidence? Not when the victims all had access to the crown jewels of American defense. In the White House briefing room, Fox News correspondent Peter Doocy pressed the issue directly: Are these cases connected? Is anyone investigating? Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt responded without hesitation: She had seen the reports, would consult relevant agencies immediately, and confirmed the administration views this as serious national security business worth digging into. This isn’t some fringe theory—it’s a cluster of losses hitting the heart of U.S. strategic superiority at a time when global threats are rising. Americans deserve real answers, not stonewalling. The new administration’s quick commitment to investigate is a welcome shift from past complacency. National security isn’t optional. Protecting the brilliant minds who safeguard it must be priority one.

Israel Hit by Massive Bee Swarm in Southern Region Tens of thousands of bees suddenly swarmed parts of southern Israel on Wednesday, including a busy shopping center in Netivot. Video from the scene shows dense clouds of the insects filling the air over parking lots and palm trees, with Hebrew signs visible on nearby storefronts. Authorities urged residents and shop owners to seal doors and windows immediately and stay indoors until beekeepers could handle the situation. Hebrew media described the event as an unusually large swarm, typical of spring behavior but far bigger than normal. No injuries were reported. The incident comes amid ongoing regional tensions, sparking online chatter that mixes natural explanations with biblical references to plagues. Officials say professional handlers are responding to clear the area safely.

US Navy Stops 9 Oil Tankers Cold in First 48 Hours of Iran Blockade American forces under CENTCOM just slammed the door on Iran’s oil smugglers. In the first two days of the naval blockade alone, US warships stopped nine oil tankers trying to breach the lockdown on Iranian ports. Every single one was turned back. Not one made it through. President Trump’s order kicked in on April 13, sealing off all maritime traffic in and out of Iran’s ports along the Arabian Gulf and Gulf of Oman. The mission is clear and tough: cut off the mullahs’ sea trade that powers nearly 90 percent of their economy and starves their war machine of cash. Iran’s regime boasted about red lines and fierce retaliation. So far, they’ve delivered nothing but silence while their tankers limp home empty. The Strait of Hormuz stays open for legitimate traffic to other nations, but Tehran’s oil export lifeline is now locked down tight under American control. This is decisive strength in action. No more endless sanctions theater or weak-kneed talks. Just real enforcement that protects US interests and our allies in the region. The blockade is delivering results fast, and the Iranian regime is already hurting. America means business again, and we’re winning.

RUSS VOUGHT BLASTS DEMOCRATS FOR HYPOCRISY ON INFLATION — “THEY HAD 9% UNDER THE BIDEN ADMINISTRATION” OMB Director Russ Vought just eviscerated Democrats for pretending inflation is suddenly a problem under President Trump. “I’m honestly astounded that the Democrats would make an issue of inflation when they had 9% inflation under the Biden administration,” Vought said. “We hadn’t seen anything in nearly a generation.” He reminded everyone who caused it: “It was not because of supply chains or economic shocks. It was because of spending was dramatically increased at a time where there was no deflationary spiral in the midst of Covid. It was because of spending.” Vought laid out the contrast: “This administration has come into the economic disaster which was the Biden Administration and gotten costs lower, has ensured that we have fiscal progress… we have the end of fiscal futility.” He pointed to the tax cuts already delivering relief: “We passed extension tax cuts. Many those were aimed at working-class individuals now going through their first season of seeing what changes that will make on their bottom line and I think that’s going to lead to an explosion in affordability for the American people.” Vought called out the dishonesty: “This side of the aisle would have said we’re not going to extend those tax cuts and that would have led to an economic depression. The notion that you’re going to raise people’s taxes by thirty and forty percent not impact the economy is simply not true. And it is a dishonest debate.” Trump inherited Biden’s mess and is fixing it. Lower costs, fiscal progress, and tax relief for working Americans. The Democrats’ 9% inflation disaster is over.
