We are in the market in which entertainment is the most developed in the world, so we have to apply market rates." "In the U.S., it is permitted to resell tickets as well, so if you were to sell tickets at the price which is too low, these tickets will be resold at a much higher price. And as a matter of fact, even though some people are saying that the ticket prices we have are high, they still end up on the resale market at an even higher price, more than double our price." "If some people put on the resale market some tickets for the final at $2 million, No. 1, it doesn't mean that the tickets cost $2 million, and No. 2, it doesn't mean that somebody will buy these tickets." "And if somebody buys a ticket for the final for $2 million, I will personally bring a hot dog and a Coke to make sure that he has a great experience." @straight_red NCFC is in a pretty popular soccer area and has TST there to support and bring hype through that timeframe, they’d be smart to piggyback and market through TST as well as continue to grow their youth teams to feed into the team once gaining D1 status and fielding a team

So NCFC is forgoing 2 seasons to start fresh in USL's new D1 league in 2028? - I would think this would hurt their fan interest, but apparently there was little interest to begin with. Averaging just shy of 2500, I suspect most of them will return when they start back up - Wanting to make the leap to D1 with P/R implemented with a complete fresh squad and manager? Seems like building for the future would be more ideal to stay in D1. So this is about saving money for a couple years, but it could hurt them in the end.
