@tompatt1989 @AdamJoseph Arsenal sacked him because they were the ones defrauded. Graham bought average players for more money than they were worth and then receiving the "bung" afterwards. Not even remotely similar to Chelsea

Every single club should make a formal complaint. 32 different clubs excluding Chelsea between 2011-2018 & 39 from 2011-2026. They are all affected by Chelsea paying people 'off the books'. Now why would they need to do that? Because they were bribes. Chelsea bribed agents to steer their clients to them ahead of other clubs, including PL ones. Decisive signings like Eden Hazard. It is a sporting advantage that still benefits them. Cheating has destroyed the integrity of the PL thanks to Chelsea & City. Even though it'll fall on deaf ears, no club should be silent about it.

Nottingham Forest are considering launching a formal complaint to the Premier League over the punishment given out to Chelsea over undisclosed payments. Chelsea were fined £10.75m and also handed a suspended transfer ban last week after reporting that £47.5m of hidden payments to agents and players were made over a seven‑year period. Many within football regarded the punishment as being lenient, with the west London club avoiding any sporting sanction. Full story from @nottmtails ⬇️ Free to read 🎁 🔗 nyti.ms/4tvMkhB

@AdamJoseph the payments to agents are handled by the FA, not the PL.. Thats why the FA charged Chelsea 74 times compared to the PL's 31 charges. Its not over

I often think about the technical limitations that game designers of the 80s had to work with - both in terms of software and hardware. The game that stands at the very top is Elite. Think about this for a second: The core game code on the BBC Micro version occupied roughly 22 KB of memory. Now think about what Braben and Bell turned that into: a universe with eight galaxies, each containing 256 star systems (for a total of 2,048 planets/systems). Each system featured unique details: government type, economy, technology level, population, commodity prices, and even descriptive text (e.g., a planet known for "carnivorous arts graduates" or similar quirky combinations). If you still need a bit more help to contextualize that, try this: Elite was smaller than many modern text files or desktop icons, yet it contained (and let you freely explore) a multi-galaxy-spanning universe that felt vast and limitless. Oh, and by the way, the game also rendered 3D wireframe ships, stations, and planets in real time on a 2 MHz 6502 processor. This is no slight on today’s game designers. They work with what they have, and that's okay. But when you think about the worlds that some programmers created with the tools they were given, it sometimes breaks my brain trying to understand how they did it. Elite is a true masterpiece on so many levels. I played the C64 version back in the day, and even 40+ years later it still feels like one of the most incredible programming wonders ever.

Reminder that THIS was the exact moment when Australia stopped being a free country. NEVER, under any circumstances, should you give up your guns to the government.

Net spend of £93m over the last 5 years. How is this even possible anymore. This is genuinely just the FA trying to protect their big 6. Newcastle are suffering the exact same thing. Only reason is to protect their big “sky 6” load of bollocks. You can’t compete anymore

It’s understood that Aston Villa likely need to make a significant sum from player sales this summer - regardless of whether they qualify for the Champions League or not 💰 ✍️ - [@TomCollomosse] #avfc

@pacifistycuffs @KHix @AVFCCharlie So 1 anonymous exec says something many years ago and now its the sentiment of all of those at the top of the league... Or is it because it fits the narrative of the "cartel"...

@DKLouis3 @KHix @AVFCCharlie the point of unnamed is that it's not stated which executive said it... doesn't change that the sentiment from the top of the sport is a democratic league, where anyone can challenge and win, where Leicesters can happen, is considered bad for business.

@_CFCBen_ @nqatpod @FPLfrasier confirmed by who? They have 74 charges in relation to agents, which is their area of responsibility, not the PL. x.com/Jaycen_solo/st…
Jaycensolo@Jaycen_solo

@DeanJamesAFC People really don’t understand the PL case. Look at the charges. B.15 and B.16 is about acting in good faith. And U.7 is for approval from club directors on player registrations. The FA charges are handling the agent side. As the statement shows. Why don’t people understand
