I’m finally set on going Haaland over Salah (bar any last min issues) Captaincy definitely key. I’ll likely cap Isak in GW1 + feel Haaland edges the matchup between GW2-4 Then combine with the fact we have great MID options + Haaland having scarier ownership. Sorry Mo😢 #FPL

@itsmonstr @hellzERkCS Selve «vektene» pleie å ver nøyaktig d som står, men d e ofte at kabelmaskiner har 2:1 ratio, spesielt DAP’er og cable crossovers. Det vil sei at sjøl om d står 90kg, så vil 1 kabel gi deg 45kg motstand. Lat pulldowns og low rows har 1:1 ratio, så då løfte du d som står.

@TheRealPwnAlone Simplify it in the beginning. A lot of free gains from just doing something the first few months. Figure out how many times you wanna train and some short/long term goals. Focus on form, progressive overload and eating enough protein.
