@k_bomb @GOVERNING @Airbnb I strongly agree @k_bomb. Our Town is on the extreme side of this scenario with nearly 80 percent of housing stock being utilized as second homes-often for short-term rentals. @marketurbanist

@GOVERNING @Airbnb The contribution to housing shortages - and a housing crisis in some communities - caused by short-term rentals is not perceived. It’s very real. An issue statewide in Colorado, not just in urban area and resort towns.
