@idropFbombs Try sun gazing at dusk and dawn.... it is very therapeutic! I was skeptical at first, now.. I get bummed when the sun doesn't peak through in the morning or at sunset!! It WILL NOT make you go blind!! And THROW away your sunglasses!!

People think I'm crazy because I never wear sunscreen. I watched my mom get dozens of skin cancers removed over the years. She never got skin cancers until wearing sunscreen because people didn't really wear sunscreen like that back when she was young in the 60's-80's. Then, after the first few she had removed, the doctor fear-mongered her that she needed MORE sunscreen. She, of course, went full-OCD with sunscreen, the highest SPF, every single day. It became her routine to literally not even leave the house without lathering on sunscreen. She drowned her face in it, neck, ears, and all exposed areas FOR 2-3 DECADES because she was so scared to get more cancers. Since starting her crazy skin routine, she has had over TWENTY cancers removed including melanoma. She had to have a chunk of her ear removed and had to have skin grafting to create a new ear. The only thing sunscreen does is prevent the burn. Like many things sold under the guise of "protection," it is an illusion. The doctors say it is because of sun exposure when she was young without sunscreen is why she has so many cancers. Talk about a mind-fuck am I right? Geee, how on Earth did people survive before sunscreen was invented? 🤔 Amazing people fall for this scam. 2-3 decades of no sunscreen= no cancer 2-3 decades of excessive sunscreen= A ton of cancer It doesn't take a genius to figure it out. For the sake of this post, this is for *entertainment purposes* only, and I am not giving anyone medical advice. 😉😉😉😉 Use your brain.

@Brucker1086392 @idropFbombs There’s no proof sunglasses are bad for you. I’d believe the sunscreen thing over the sunglasses, because the chemicals in the sunscreen are really bad for you.

@idropFbombs Our mixed race barman uses factor 50 religiously. Told him to stop it and stop wearing sunglasses with the reasons why. He was totally onboard with me but I don’t think he wants to tan to keep his skin Color light. Early morning sun and later afternoon was my advice.

@idropFbombs Your eyes detect the intensity of sunlight entering them and do things to protect your body. If you wear sunglasses it blocks this process. So i hear anyway. No need for suncream as you say, it's just spreading toxic chemicals on your body. Makeup aint good either hahaha.

@Spatchydude @idropFbombs Both are rare, I wouldn’t worry too much about using if from time to time, we have thick skin. That being said it’s not meant to be a replacement to washing your fucking hands which some people can’t seem to understand.

@samvelforever @idropFbombs Generally lowering the amount of canned fish is a good thing, but as with pregnant women, instead of cutting it out 100%, lowering the amount you eat could be good. I wouldn’t cut it out 100% of the time if you like it.
