Reminder: Republicans control every branch of government - the Executive, both chambers of Congress and the Supreme Court. Yet all you hear is how all their failures are somehow someone else’s fault. It’s reached comical levels of gaslighting and projection. They’ve already added $2+ trillion to the national debt, the total exceeding our GDP for the first time since WW2. They’re barreling us into another painful recession…again. They’re dragging us into endless wars…again. They’re alienating our trading partners and strategic allies. They’re siphoning our tax dollars every day - via grifts ranging from frivolous lawsuits to vanity projects. This isn’t responsible governance. It’s a brazen heist.

The same 10 Trump paid accounts tweet the same thing at the same time. Elon Musk creates a headline, & makes them trend. All day, everyday. You have to be Maga dumb to eat up this blatantly obvious propaganda.

Washington politicians are leaving taxpayers on the hook for a skyrocketing national debt. For every tax dollar collected, this Administration spends $1.33. Trump's tax cuts for billionaires and reckless wars are going to hurt this generation and the next.

This is the question worth asking every time a story like this comes out: if there’s no money for your health care, your kids’ schools, or the programs your family depends on, where is it going?      The Trump Administration just paid $17.4 million to fix two decorative fountains outside the White House. Three years ago, the same job was estimated at $3.3 million.       And guess what? The construction company that got the contract is the same one building Trump’s $400 million White House ballroom, and they got it without any competitive bidding whatsoever. The contract wasn’t even posted publicly, as required by federal law.      So how do you get from $3.3 million to $17.4 million? They added 27% for inflation. Then they added another 24% for inflation again. Then they tacked on additional charges that federal contracting experts said they had never seen before in their careers.      And the justification for bypassing the normal bidding process entirely? The fountains needed to be ready for America’s 250th anniversary. It’s worth noting that these fountains haven’t worked for nearly a decade. If the repairs were truly that urgent, why are they only fixing them now, and why are taxpayers footing a surcharge for the rush?      You are paying for this.   nytimes.com/2026/04/25/us/…

Many Americans today have mixed opinions about Barack Obama. Some admire him, others criticize him. But for those of us who come from outside, the reality is often different. Believe it or not, no American president has ever left such a strong impression around the world as Barack Obama. He embodied hope, respect, intelligence, and dialogue. He represented a powerful image of America: open, inspiring, and close to the people. For many of us, Obama was not just a president; he was a symbol. A symbol that everything is possible, that social background, skin color, or personal history should never be limits. He restored confidence to millions of young people around the world. He spoke to the world with dignity, calm, and responsibility. He knew how to unite instead of divide. No matter the internal political debates, internationally, Barack Obama will forever remain one of the most respected, loved, and admired American presidents. His legacy goes beyond borders. And his name will remain engraved in history.

Hey MAGA…. Have you gotten your $5000. DOGE check yet? How about the $2,800 tariff rebate check? Are you paying less than $2.00 a gallon for gas? How about the cost of electricity, natural gas, and groceries? Fucking idiots. We warned you.

You were the poster child for toxic divisive politics when you were in Congress. You called for a national divorce, harassed victims of school shootings, routinely peddled in conspiracy theories, heckled the SOTU…the list is painful and endless. You weren’t driven by core beliefs then. It was all for notoriety, attention and media cycles. It inspired people even worse to jump into politics and now it’s all we see. No meaningful discourse to benefit the American people…no compromise in service of progress…just endless cycles of performative clownery and outrage…and nothing gets done. So it’s all well and good to now say everything sucks. The question is, what are you doing to fix what you helped break?

Rep. Buddy Carter: "Remember, President Trump promised he'd make us safer and more prosperous. He's made us safer. He's made us more prosperous. Now yes, we've seen some gas prices fluctuation. Gas prices will go back down. Remember -- high gas prices are the work of the Democrats."

Bush destroyed Clinton's economy. Obama fixed Bush's mess. Trump destroyed Obama's economy. Biden fixed Trump’s mess and now Trump has destroyed what Biden fixed. The biggest lie that Republicans have gotten away with is that they are better for the economy.

Suspending a primary election days before early voting starts just so you can redraw the maps to disenfranchise Black and brown voters is a perfect example of the lengths Republican politicians will go to rig our democracy in their favor.
