Great turnout, great people, and a great night for De La Salle. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the 2026 March Madness Alumni Networking Event at the Caucus Club last week. It was a strong reminder of the power of the De La Salle network and what it means to stay connected. From meaningful conversations to continued support of our mission, the night was a true success. We appreciate everyone who came out and look forward to building on this momentum.

For 100 years, De La Salle has been building more than students. We’ve built brotherhood, character, and leaders who carry these values far beyond our walls. As we begin our Centennial celebration, we look back with gratitude and forward with purpose, because the next 100 years starts today. The Class of 1985 celebrated its 40-year reunion this past Saturday at Malone’s Tavern! It was a great turnout with over 40 class of ‘85 graduates in attendance. Thank you to Bill Doetsch, Jim Muer, and Ken Zablocki for organizing the special night for their class! #PilotPride

Congrats to the Class of 2000, which celebrated its 25-year reunion last night! The class celebrated the occasion with a night out at Comerica Park, taking in the Tigers' 10-0 win over the Astros! Thank you to Peter J. Lucido III, '00, for organizing the evening! #PilotPride

Congratulations to Coach Thaier Mukhtar on capturing his 600th victory as DLS soccer head coach! Another "feather in the cap" for the Hall of Fame coach! #PilotPride

Mark Mordell, ‘78, the chairman & CEO of Avidbank Holdings, Inc., had the chance to ring the Nasdaq Opening Bell last Friday! This occasion came as a result of Avidbank announcing its initial public offering (IPO). DLS wishes Mr. Mordell & Avidbank nothing but continued success!

DLS COO Dan Rohn and Advancement Director Greg Esler had the chance to meet with David Schaller, ‘05, of the Schaller Group earlier today. David, Dan, and Greg talked about unique ways for the Schaller Group to partner with DLS students in Engineering, Robotics & STEM innovation.
