At #commUNITYschoolsLR, it’s often the small things that matter most in supporting students and families. This week washers/dryers arrived at 3 of the schools. This means that students who need their clothes cleaned can get that done at school without missing a beat in learning.

This morning, Mayor Frank Scott, Jr., was joined by members of the Board of Directors, leaders in the @lrsd, and representatives from our congressional delegation, including @RepFrenchHill, in announcing a $1M federal grant to Stephens Elementary to combat community violence.
