Shout out to everyone making progress that no one recognizes because you never let anyone see your darkest moments. You’ve been silently winning, battling, and transforming yourself. Be proud of every little step you’re taking in the right direction. Keep going. You’ve got this.

people’s perceptions of you become heavier the longer you carry them. set that bag filled with their misconceptions and misunderstandings down so you can travel lighter. you will never build the life you desire by wearing anyone else’s expectations.

This era is called: Proverbs 4:23 – “Above all else, guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it.” Not everyone deserves access to your energy. 🧡

Dear Lord, Today, I pray for a blessed and prosperous day ahead. A day where I’ve tried and failed before—You break through on my behalf. I dare to trust You, not only when things align but even when I’m unsure of it all. May Your guidance and Your wisdom illuminate my path and steady my steps toward what You’ve prepared for me. Trust in God

When Lauryn Hill said “it could all be so simple”she wasn't lying. Reciprocity between two people who want something to work is so simple. It's as easy as breathing.

i really and truly adore people who handle me with care, it's even becoming a prerequisite to closeness with me. i don't think i have any time or interest in connecting with people who are careless with me and my emotions. it's just not worth it

Three things I know: 1. Prayer does work. 2. The tables do turn. 3. God is good all the time.

Stop playing and be realistic regarding what u see & know. God don't play games or does God allow people to play games with u. You've got to make a real decision & follow the path u know to be true. You've already know baby. Let's go. #CoachPrime

There are things that only God can change. It takes all the pressure off to say, “God, I’m turning it over to you. I’m going to quit trying to force it. I’m not going to take matters into my own hands. God, I trust You.”

God, I no longer want to hold on to the wrong connections. Align me with the right people, those who reflect Your heart, speak life into me, and draw me closer to You. Remove every relationship that drains me, distracts me, or delays what You've planned for my life. Surround me with love that's real, loyalty that's steady, and purpose that's divine. Amen.
