Year 4 had an incredible trip to Sea Life this week, diving into the wonders of marine science and discovering fascinating underwater habitats. 🌊🐠

We hosted a fantastic parent–teacher football match at DL today! Both teams showed great commitment and impressive skill throughout. It was a closely contested game from start to finish, with the Blue team narrowly securing an 11–10 victory.

🏆 Fantastic effort from our DLA KS2 football team! 🎉 A thrilling match against Heathfield finished 6–5 in our favour — brilliant determination and teamwork all round! ⚽👏

Last term, our Year 2 pupils designed and made their own tasty, healthy wraps as part of their DT project, showing good understanding of what makes a healthy, balanced wrap.🌯

🍪 Year 4 have been busy baking! They created some excellent biscuits during DT week — and the results were delicious.

📚 Our school library just got even better! A brand‑new collection of books has arrived.

Well done to our Pupil Parliament team for planning and delivering yet another impactful assembly.

Today our school came alive with our annual Cultural Carnival! Children proudly wore their heritage and took part in diverse activities celebrating traditions from around the world. 🌍

We loved seeing Reception’s incredible Diwali station today — a joyful celebration filled with light, love, and learning! 🪔💫
