Square has been pretty upfront that all they are releasing during 2025/2026 is small scale projects while they are restructuring with major new titles shooting for 2027.

@MintyMiqote @Actually_Tina Do as many races as possible unless a stat gain of over 40 from training, do a SPD wit set with 1/1 on sta/pwr depending on stats needed or a Guts/wit build.
The biggest point of all is... Get lucky on summer with the +60% and weights and just pray you get some good ones.

Sadly there's no going back. People demand higher standards of animation, meaning 50 episode original seasons are out of the question. They also have lower attention spans, shows need to be immediately gratifying or else the audience loses interest. It's simply too risky

Anime originals have a big problem today of not being given enough time. One of my new favorite anime I watched literally this year was Eureka Seven, something that had 50 episodes to flesh out the characters and tell its story. Modern originals maybe get 13 episodes these days.

Ehhhh actually this is one book I’d say it totally works to have a not-all-white cast for and isn’t revisionism. I went to a private boarding school and know that world very well. The reality is that due to the empire it was pretty normal by 1940/50 for boys from very wealthy Indian/African (especially Kenyan/Nigerian) families to send their children to a British boarding school. If you look at the Old Scholars boards you’ll see names like Rashid and Tunde. It’s even a plot point in PG Woodhouse.

Also the Aurochs are decent players when leveled up, Wakka just has all of them playing the wrong positions
